Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, EIG Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support project delivery teams, manage client and subcontractor relationships, and help drive strong safety, quality and commercial outcomes across complex project environments.

Lead and manage the delivery of EIG operations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, ensuring the safe, compliant, and commercially effective execution of electrical and instrumentation projects. The role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all EIG Projects.

This position ensures projects are delivered in accordance with EIG company values while optimising productivity, resource utilisation, and cost performance across active projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery within client specifications, Australian Standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive consistent and disciplined operational delivery across WA and NT project portfolios
  • Maintain strong commercial control, forecasting accuracy, and margin performance
  • Embed a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery certainty
  • Lead and support project teams to deliver complex electrical and instrumentation scopes in live operational environments

The role also contributes to the strategic growth of EIG nationally by strengthening delivery capability, systems, and client confidence within existing WA and NT operations, providing a scalable platform for expansion into new regions and markets

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar role - fuel sector advantageous
  • Experience in remote Structural, Mechanical, Piping (SMP)
  • Ability to understand a schedule and deliver against deadlines
