- Multi-state presence, market leading contractor
Lead teams to deliver Cladding and façade projects on across the wider Adelaide region. Manage resources, schedules, commercials, safety, and client relationships.
- Managing entire project from commencement to completion
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships
- Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
- Managing and maintaining the design process
- Development and management of project programmes & timelines
- Experience in estimating (highly desirable)
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
- Minimum of 3 years prior project management experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in a similar role within a Contractor environment is preferred
- Experience in the local Australian construction market, preferably on commercial, remedial, residential & facade projects
- Experience creating and delivering project programmes
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
- Passion for construction and a strong work ethic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Associated construction qualification bachelors or trade qualifications
