Senior Project Manager

• Balcatta office role with ad hoc site travel across WA projects

Play a key role in delivering exceptional project results by maintaining high standards and quality in everything you do. Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while bringing our company values to life and contributing to long-term success. 

• Prioritise Health and Safety and ensure compliance across all sites.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements, performance standards, and KPIs.
• Lead and support project teams, Superintendents, Supervisors, and site leaders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence through coaching, communication, audits, and risk assurance activities.
• Manage contracts, including compliance, variations, extensions, risks, and disputes.
• Monitor project performance, maintenance programs, forecasts, and resource utilisation.
• Ensure accurate reporting and participate in Operational and Contract Review Meetings.
• Support client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Evaluate and implement contract performance improvement initiatives.

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience delivering remediation, mining and/or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and contract management
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
