Senior Project Manager

Play a key role in delivering exceptional project results by maintaining high standards and quality in everything you do. Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while bringing our company values to life and contributing to long-term success.
- Prioritise Health and Safety and ensure compliance across all sites.
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements, performance standards, and KPIs.
- Lead and support project teams, Superintendents, Supervisors, and site leaders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence through coaching, communication, audits, and risk assurance activities.
- Manage contracts, including compliance, variations, extensions, risks, and disputes.
- Monitor project performance, maintenance programs, forecasts, and resource utilisation.
- Ensure accurate reporting and participate in Operational and Contract Review Meetings.
- Support client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Evaluate and implement contract performance improvement initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience delivering remediation, mining and/or infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and contract management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
