In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee remediation projects across multiple sites, driving safe, high-quality outcomes while leading crews in the delivery of steel repair works.

Lead the work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources and successful delivery of project works.

• →Lead and supervise onsite remediation crews across Pilbara project sites
• →Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to ensure efficient project delivery
• →Perform and oversee structural steel remediation works
• →Weld sacrificial anodes and complete steel augmentation activities for concrete repairs
• →Carry out structural steel repairs, strengthening and member replacements
• →Complete repairs and maintenance of protective coating systems
• →Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
• →Travel to various project locations throughout the Pilbara region

You are an experienced tradesperson with leadership capability and a strong background in remediation, repair and maintenance projects.

• Trade Qualification: Welder/Fabricator

• Confined Space Entry
