JUNIOR & SENIOR ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES (MALTA)

Preparation of financial statements and year-end reporting

Month-end and year-end closing processes

Preparation of audit files and supporting documentation

VAT returns and tax compliance

Financial reporting and analysis

Use of accounting systems such as Sage, Xero, and Odoo

(Senior level) Review work and support junior team members

Liaise directly with clients on financial matters

Degree in Accounting / Finance or ACCA qualification (or in progress)

Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance principles

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Good communication skills in English

Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous
