Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a hands-on role with variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across multiple sites?

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Sydney team. This is a mobile, multi-site role, providing variety across different client facilities and the opportunity to work on planned, reactive and project-based maintenance.

Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical maintenance services across multiple client sites throughout Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned, reactive, urgent and ad-hoc electrical maintenance
• Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and inspections
• Supporting electrical and building services maintenance
• Completing PRA and Job Safety Analysis before commencing work
• Travelling between sites as required
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and office staff
• Maintaining high standards across safety, compliance, KPIs and reporting
• Completing work reports within one business day

To be successful, you will have:

• A Grade Electrical Licence
• 5+ years' experience in electrical maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with electrical systems and building services
• Construction Card
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Standards and OH&S requirements
• Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance
