• Supervise soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support services to ensure compliance with site standards.
• Manage and coordinate soft services contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, performance compliance, and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with white-space access requirements and site protocols, maintaining cleanliness and operational integrity within critical environments.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
• Support operational and client requirements through effective planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of soft services performance.
• Promote and drive a strong HSE culture across all vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements.

• กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานด้านบริการสายสนับสนุน (Soft Services) รวมถึงการทำความสะอาด งานแม่บ้าน การจัดการขยะ การกำจัดแมลงและแมลงศัตรูพืช ตลอดจนบริการสนับสนุนอื่นๆ ภายในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของพื้นที่
• บริหารและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการ (Vendors) ด้าน Soft Services เพื่อส่งมอบบริการที่มีคุณภาพ เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงการดำเนินงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างทันท่วงที
• ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดในการเข้าพื้นที่ White Space (พื้นที่ส่วนการทำงานของระบบห้องเซิร์ฟเวอร์/ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์) และระเบียบปฏิบัติของพื้นที่ เพื่อรักษาความสะอาดและความสมบูรณ์ของระบบในพื้นที่สภาวะวิกฤต (Critical Environments)
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ประเมินคุณภาพ (Audit) และสุ่มตรวจงาน เพื่อหาแนวทางปรับปรุงและดำเนินมาตรการแก้ไข เพื่อรักษาความเป็นเลิศในการบริการ
• สนับสนุนข้อกำหนดด้านการปฏิบัติงานและตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ผ่านการวางแผนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การทำรายงาน การสื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และการพัฒนาผลการดำเนินงานด้าน Soft Services อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ส่งเสริมและขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรมด้านอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (HSE) ในทุกกิจกรรมของผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยของพื้นที่และข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
