We have built a talented, hungry go-to-market (GTM) team consisting of Account Executives (AEs), Business/Sales Development Representatives (xDRs), and Customer Experience (CX) professionals.

Now, we need the ultimate architect to connect the dots.

Responsibilities

Design our CRM architecture and pipeline stages

Build executive dashboards used in weekly leadership reviews

Implement forecasting processes for quarterly planning

Improve lead routing and handoff between xDRs, AEs, and CX
→
Automate manual reporting workflows
→
Create a single source of truth for revenue metrics
→
Design onboarding systems for new GTM hires
