About the Role
~1 min readOwn a portfolio of up to 25 live creators and serve as their main operational point of contact
Lead bi-weekly 30-minute performance and planning calls for each creator
Maintain scheduling discipline across your portfolio - deadlines don't slip on your watch
Track deliverables, flag risks early, and drive resolution before things escalate
Prepare a run-of-show for each weekly live stream and align creators in advance
Monitor streams in real time - chat support, quality checks, sponsored product integration
Deliver post-stream recaps with performance feedback and optimization notes
Ensure consistent adherence to production standards across your full portfolio
Track streaming commitments and contract compliance across all 25 creators
Monitor engagement metrics and identify underperformance trends early
Escalate risks appropriately and maintain accurate CRM and reporting documentation
Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or detail
Maintain structured dashboards and a consistent reporting cadence
Operate within a standardized production framework - and help improve it over time
You have 2–4 years of experience in account management, creator management, or digital operations - ideally at an agency
You have hands-on experience supporting live streaming or digital content programs - you understand the pace, the prep, and what it takes to execute in real time
Your English is fluent. You write clearly, communicate confidently, and are fully comfortable in client-facing conversations in English
You've managed multiple accounts or clients at the same time and have a real system for keeping everything organized and on track
You're the person who follows up before they're asked. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
You're comfortable reading performance data and turning it into clear, actionable next steps
