IT Support - Tier 1

• →Experience in an IT service desk capacity, including triaging, tracking, and escalating support tickets. 
• →Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for details and a drive for creating order out of complex workflows. 
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical customers. 
• →Experience working within AWS GovCloud. 

The estimated compensation range is $65,000.00 - $95,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
