• 複雑なGTM組織において、分散型セールスチームを率いたシニアリーダー経験7年以上
• 大型案件を含む複雑なセールスプロセスのマネジメント経験
• Win Rate、Deal Size、Pipeline Quality、Forecast Accuracyなどの営業指標改善の実績
• MEDDICCなどのフレームワークを含むバリューベースセリングの高い理解
• 社内ステークホルダーおよびCレベル顧客と信頼関係を構築できるエグゼクティブプレゼンス
• 案件に深く関与しながらチームをコーチングできる、ハンズオンかつ高いEQを持つリーダー
