Senior Business Analyst

Davies Life and Health is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for developing requirements, implementing information technology solutions and completing testing as needed. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for applying analytical techniques and processes as you conduct research on client issues. You will provide guidance to IT and Business Departments to resolve complex technical problems and ensure project deliverables. The Senior Business Analyst will take responsibility to provide quality assurance and testing on all projects. In addition, you will oversee production support for various clients including tracking though our ticketing system, testing and updates to business and clients as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must take ownership of initiatives and drive projects to a successful conclusion. You must have superb communication skills to maintain effective relationships with your team, teammates, clients, and vendors. You must have 5-9 years of experience working as a business analyst, with strong leadership and analytical skills. You will need to be proactive, independent, and take initiative.
