We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Rutland, Vermont. - →Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- →Utilize digital technology to support accurate diagnosis and case presentation
- →Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
- →Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and team members to ensure high-quality care
- →Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- →Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
~1 min read- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Vermont dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration as required
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Experience with endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
