Friday – Half Day
Wednesday – Primarily administrative, with weekly patient and hygiene overflow. This day is expected to transition into a patient day in the near future.

Responsibilities

→Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
→Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
→Verify and submit insurance claims with a strong understanding of PPO plans, both in and out of network
→Handle patient financial arrangements and treatment coordination
→Support specialty providers and coordinate specialty appointments within the practice
→Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
→Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
