Join the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment and contribute to an ARC‑funded project within the Institute for Frontier Materials. We are seeking two full‑time Associate Research Fellows to support research into the development and commercialisation of coloured recycled carbon fibre. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative, solution‑focused research environment.
- Conduct high-quality research and contribute to impactful outputs
- Engage collaboratively across the research team and broader partnerships
- Communicate research findings through publications and presentations
- Support and contribute to applications for external research funding
- Begin building a strong research profile with guidance from senior academics
- PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience
- Emerging research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions as appropriate to the discipline
- Ability to contribute to communities through research
- Capacity to contribute to teaching, research and administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
- Ability to contribute to community engagement for research
