- Plan and prioritise work effectively, identifying barriers, monitoring progress and adapting approaches to achieve outcomes.
- Analyse information from multiple sources, identify key issues and develop practical solutions to support informed decision-making.

- Relevant degree with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of extensive experience, specialist knowledge, education and/or training.
- Demonstrated experience with professional film and television production equipment, including high-level camera systems such as ARRI, RED and Blackmagic Design, and sound, lighting and grip equipment.
- Experience using industry-standard post-production platforms, such as DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, Premiere Pro and Avid.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within relevant policies and governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience working effectively across teams to achieve quality outcomes.
