- Provide clear advice and guidance on Commonwealth Prac Payment eligibility and processes.
- Analyse information and communicate it effectively to support sound decision-making.

- Relevant tertiary qualification with appropriate experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice and support, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply procedures, guidelines and requirements accurately and consistently.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to process and service improvements.
