- Oversee content production processes, including producing native video content, managing video projects with external suppliers, and ensuring compliance with accessibility, privacy, and brand standards.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic media channels, including social media and display channels (such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok), with a strong focus on platform-specific best practices.
- Design, develop, and execute campaign creative for platforms such as Meta and Google Marketing suite—ensuring high-quality, accessible content across static, video, animation, and interactive formats.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders - including various teams across the Marketing and Recruitment Division, both professional and academic staff in faculties, creative/media agencies, and production suppliers - to ensure strategic alignment and campaign consistency.
- Support data-driven decision making by contributing to performance tracking, reporting, and insights.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience, including a degree with subsequent relevant experience, extensive specialist knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Skills in multimedia production, including project management of video and design content, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including an understanding of content requirements across various paid and organic media channels.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google Marketing suite, as well as creating assets for above-the-line digital and social channels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and manage external suppliers or agencies, ensuring delivery of high-quality, on-brand content within timelines and budgets.
