On behalf of our Client, we are searching for:
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to increase sales and strengthen brand presence
- →Planning and executing in-store promotional activities (POS materials, promotions, campaigns)
- →Analyzing market trends, competition, and consumer behavior
- →Managing the trade marketing budget
- →Collaborating with the sales team to improve product distribution and visibility
- →Developing and implementing planograms and category strategies
- →Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance (ROI, sell-in, sell-out)
- →Managing and optimizing relationships with key customers and distributors
- →Coordinating with external agencies and suppliers
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience in budget and project management
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset
