The Role
We are seeking a Co-Founder & CTO to join our leadership team. This is a career-defining opportunity to set GreenBay’s technical vision, build scalable systems, and lead our engineering team from zero to one and beyond.

The CTO will be full-stack: able to architect, code, and deploy while also recruiting and mentoring a growing tech team. From trade-in AI to payments to multi-channel marketplace integrations, this role spans backend, frontend, and AI.

What you’ll do

• Define & own GreenBay’s technical strategy and architecture.
  
• Build and scale full-stack systems: backend services, frontend interfaces, and APIs connecting WhatsApp, Shopify, payments, and logistics.
  
• Lead AI-powered product development (valuation models, workflow automation, predictive diagnostics).
  
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a growing engineering and product team.
  
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of GreenBay’s systems.
  
• Play a key role in fundraising, partnerships, and strategic leadership.
  

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering and product development experience.
  
• Strong command of backend (Python/Node, PostgreSQL, cloud) and frontend (React, mobile/web).
  
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling platforms (marketplaces, e-commerce, or logistics).
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML (LLMs, computer vision, pricing engines).
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset—hands-on builder ready for speed and ambiguity.
• Broad-based business skillset, including ability to think strategically, own and manage a budget, and contribute to commercial success
