Responsibilities The Application Support team member works across multiple client products and services running on the AWS. The role would ensure the applications running in the AWS environment are healthy and running at peak performance. The team member would respond to incidents, system alerts and customer requests for service for support at the application and integration layer. Domain knowledge Good technical knowledge and skillset of PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, JAVA Basic/Intermediate UNIX On the ground / in the field WMS experience and Operations Has configured BY/JDA/RP Dispatcher (if BY/JDA/RP Discreet experience also – great!) NOTE: JDA is now known as Blue Yonder. Hardware/RF exposure in the field Experience with designing Labels/Packing list/Invoices etc. Experience with WMS Support / Testing Experience with analysing and writing reports in SQL (SSRS) Ability to communicate and articulate clearly over the phone with Clients/Customers Responsive and driven to end task resolution Experience with Application Support Systems (Zendesk, ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoho etc) After Hrs Support will be required (on a rotational basis) Requirements Mandatory: Good clear phone email and phone communication Mandatory: All round good friendly customer service, prompt and sense of urgency Mandatory: Being able to also follow standard troubleshooting processes as per the instructions, being proactive (look for permanent fixes as time goes by, not just band-aid) Mandatory: Work autonomously and not need a team member to always watch or manager to micro manage/watch over (do the right thing essentially) Mandatory: Documentation skills (creating documents/SOPs etc) and maintaining document version control and content accuracy Work Arrangement Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work Why you should join our team!
