This part-time position operates on the following schedule:

Saturday: 8:30am-6:00pm
Sunday: 10:45am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

→Lead and support our front desk and lot team to keep things running smoothly
→Oversee daily operations and coordinate schedules
→Manage vehicle inventory input and records (new & used)
→Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless guest experiences
→Tackle various admin tasks and daily priorities with confidence

2–3 years in admin or leadership roles (automotive experience a plus)
A positive, proactive attitude with a sharp eye for detail
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Solid computer skills – CDK, Deskit & Excel are a bonus
