CONTACT CENTRE OPERATOR – DONOR ENGAGEMENT (Part-Time, 12-Month Contract)

Destiny Rescue Australia is seeking a warm, organized, and confident communicator to join our team as a Part-Time Contact Centre Operator – Donor Engagement on a 12-month contract. You will connect with supporters, deliver exceptional donor experiences, and support fundraising initiatives that help rescue children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

About the Role
As a Contact Centre Operator – Donor Engagement, you will be a key point of contact for supporters, helping deliver exceptional donor experiences while supporting the smooth running of our Sunshine Coast office.
Your role will focus on:
- Delivering outstanding donor care through inbound and outbound communications, including thank-you calls, stewardship, and fundraising conversations.
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with donors and supporters.
- Maintaining accurate donor records and campaign data within Salesforce CRM.
- Supporting fundraising appeals and campaigns to help achieve organizational goals.
- Assisting with general office administration, including mail, supplies, and day-to-day office support.
- Contributing to a positive supporter experience and a collaborative team environment.

You'll bring:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a donor-first mindset and the ability to help supporters feel valued, connected, and inspired by the impact of their giving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong data management capability.
- Experience in customer service, donor care, or supporter engagement roles.
- Confidence using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong phone communication skills and the confidence to ask for donations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
