Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our remote team, giving you flexibility while you build and manage relationships across Western Australia. This is a varied, impact-driven role spanning major donor fundraising, corporate and church partnerships, community engagement, and public speaking, ideal for someone who thrives on connecting people to a meaningful cause.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll represent Destiny Rescue at events, conferences, churches, and community gatherings, helping grow awareness of our mission to rescue children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Through rescue operations and long-term reintegration programs across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, we work every day to bring freedom, safety, and hope to vulnerable children.
To date, we’ve rescued more than 26,000 individuals and continue to grow our global impact through the support of committed partners and donors.
About the Role
As Partnerships Manager, you will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate, church, major donor, community, and ambassador relationships to increase fundraising, advocacy, and engagement across Western Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and strengthening relationships with corporate partners, churches, major donors, community groups, and ambassadors
- Identifying and securing new partnerships and fundraising opportunities
- Delivering engaging presentations at events, churches, and conferences
- Contributing to fundraising and partnership strategy with the wider team
- Achieving agreed fundraising and activity KPIs
About You
You’re a confident communicator and relationship manager motivated by purpose and strong outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in major donor fundraising, partnerships, or business development (5+ years preferred)
- A strong track record of securing significant gifts and building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft/Google Workspace
- A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate as required
- A genuine alignment with Destiny Rescue’s mission, vision, and values
