Sr. System Analyst

• →Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and application issues through effective root cause analysis.
• →Partner with business teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• →Act as an escalation point for customer and business-related technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• →Analyze and support data pipelines and database processes related to business operations.
• →Identify and prioritize issues and tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• →Work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed and culturally diverse remote team.
• →Communicate technical concepts and business information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role, with primary focus on writing raw SQL and T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing database objects in MS SQL Server, including tables, views, functions, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and enterprise data architectures.
