DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Project Administrator/Administrative Support Representative in our Olathe, KS office! Interested candidates must be organized, have ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment! If you have a strong administrative background and attention to detail, this role might appeal to you!

  • Bid Screening
  • Logging and tracking of jobs
  • Developing and running reports (Bi-weekly) (Job closings)
  • Order entry for repairs, APD, hardware and portals
  • Checking of account credit
  • Following up with salesmen on proposals
  • Help build new business

Requirements

  • Experienced in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
