DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an experienced Project Manager in Olathe, KS! As a project manager, you will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

• →Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• →Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• →Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems
• →Manage project profitability, track expenses, approve pay applications, and oversee cost forecasting.
• →Responsible for financial success of projects
• →Other responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Candidates must have a high attention to detail and a drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Must have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office
