Responsibilities

→Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and working with outside vendors to coordinate schedules.
→Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe.
→Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job specific requirements.
→Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
→Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries.
→Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience with a desire to grow a career in the building materials / construction industry
Candidates with high attention to detail and a drive to succeed are welcomed!
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ERP (IFS) or Procore systems preferred
Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
