We have managed to produce the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and are now on a mission to put a diamond behind every chip. We are the rare unicorn that has grown fast and profitably. We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.

We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Operations Manager to maximize efficiency and profitability, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. This person will oversee the manufacture of products, ensuring safety, quality, performance, and cost standards are consistently met. Understanding the ability of the internal and external suppliers of the consumable material and proactively working with them to ensure they can meet Diamond Foundry’s international expansion plans.

This role requires training in the US of around 6 to 12 weeks.

  • Working with the Operations team to understand in detail how the manufacturing process is performed on the floor, with particular emphasis on the usage of consumable material
  • Ensure cross communication and collaboration across the teams, referring to training, safety, staffing, and performance reviews, and to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Production Management, or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience as a Manager in Operations/Production Management with Lean Manufacturing skills.
