B2C Projects Coordinator

About the role

Galaxsys is a casino game provider creating high-performing games for global operators. We're growing our B2C direction: influencer campaigns, promotional activities, marketing projects, and partner support.

We're looking for a B2C Projects Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our B2C projects — helping coordinate promo and marketing activities, keeping things organized, and assisting the team across our casino direction. This is a coordination role: we're looking for someone reliable, organized, and proactive rather than a senior specialist.

Responsibilities

B2C projects & casino support:

• Help coordinate B2C activities: influencer campaigns, events, marketing projects, new market entries
• Help with communication with casinos: preparing materials, follow-ups, and keeping requests moving
• Support the game release pipeline: gather materials and information ahead of launches, help with partner communication
• Help prepare reporting and presentations; keep Excel files and trackers up to date
• Follow up on tasks with internal teams and provide day-to-day support to the Head of the direction

Content & coordination:

• Collect and maintain game information (descriptions, features, mechanics, supported devices, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Commercial) to request missing materials and updates
• Support affiliates and internal teams with day-to-day requests: finding assets, simple format questions (escalate anything complex)
• Flag gaps and needed materials
  
  

Requirements

• Very organized, detail-oriented, proactive
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and putting together presentations
• Reliable and good at following through on day-to-day tasks
• Understanding of the iGaming / casino industry is a plus
• Some experience in coordination / marketing support / partner support (or similar) — this is an entry-to-mid level role
