Warehouse Accounting Specialist

Job description

Digitain is hiring a highly competent, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Accounting Specialist who shall ensure the efficient coordination of warehouse processes, accurate accounting of material assets, and the safe storage of property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an inventory of the company assets
• Conduct accounting of fixed assets and consumables
• Monitor timely and proper inventory of assets
• Draft inventory acts and ensure stakeholder signatures
• Implement acceptance and delivery of goods as needed
• Draft product replenishment requests
• Provide information to other departments on the availability of material assets in the warehouse as needed
• Ensure program-specific movement of goods in the 1C system (input and output)
• Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position

Requirements

• University Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent knowledge of the 1C software
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ability to quickly orient oneself and work efficiently
• Effective time-management skills
• Keen attention to detail, systematic approach to work
