Senior Tableau Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimise enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the business. This role combines advanced Tableau development with stakeholder engagement, business analysis, data modelling, and knowledge sharing to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful dashboards and visualisations while supporting ongoing improvements to reporting standards, data governance, and analytics maturity.

• 3–5+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data visualisation best practices.
• Experience designing scalable reporting frameworks and dashboard architectures.
• Experience delivering user training and knowledge sharing.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce reporting data is highly desirable.

• Tableau Desktop.
• Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud.
• SQL and database querying.
• Data modelling and data visualisation best practices.
• ETL and data integration concepts.
• Salesforce reporting data structures.
• Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile collaboration tools.

• AgentForce experience.
• Salesforce CRM knowledge.
• Tableau Certified Professional (or equivalent certification).
• Power BI experience.
• Snowflake, Azure Data Services, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with healthcare or recruitment industry datasets.

• →Provide recommendations that improve reporting capabilities and business insights.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data governance and reporting standards.
• →Deliver end-user training and create documentation to build internal capability.
• →Mentor team members and promote effective knowledge sharing across the business.
• →Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
• →Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• →Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics maturity.
