We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimise enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the business. This role combines advanced Tableau development with stakeholder engagement, business analysis, data modelling, and knowledge sharing to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful dashboards and visualisations while supporting ongoing improvements to reporting standards, data governance, and analytics maturity.

  • 3–5+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data visualisation best practices.
  • Experience designing scalable reporting frameworks and dashboard architectures.
  • Experience delivering user training and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to Salesforce reporting data is highly desirable.
  • Tableau Desktop.
  • Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud.
  • SQL and database querying.
  • Data modelling and data visualisation best practices.
  • ETL and data integration concepts.
  • Salesforce reporting data structures.
  • Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile collaboration tools.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce CRM knowledge.
  • Tableau Certified Professional (or equivalent certification).
  • Power BI experience.
  • Snowflake, Azure Data Services, or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Experience working with healthcare or recruitment industry datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
  • Gather and analyse reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau data models, calculations, parameters, and dashboard functionality.
  • Optimise dashboard performance while ensuring reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources, including Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Develop data extraction, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Provide recommendations that improve reporting capabilities and business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data governance and reporting standards.
  • Deliver end-user training and create documentation to build internal capability.
  • Mentor team members and promote effective knowledge sharing across the business.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
  • Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics maturity.
