You will primarily support the Endomag portfolio, working closely with clinicians and sales teams to ensure the successful adoption and effective clinical use of technologies designed to improve breast cancer treatment pathways. Endomag solutions support clinicians in surgical localisation and lymphatic mapping procedures, helping improve accuracy and patient outcomes.
In this highly field‑based role, you will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and operating room teams to provide hands‑on clinical support, deliver training, and assist during procedures. You will play a critical role in helping healthcare professionals confidently integrate these technologies into their daily practice while strengthening Hologic’s presence across Bavaria.
- Act as the clinical application expert for Endomag technologies within the region.
- Deliver high‑quality product demonstrations to clinicians and hospital teams.
- Provide hands‑on clinical support in operating rooms during product evaluations and procedures.
- Conduct customer training sessions for new and existing users to ensure confident and correct product use.
- Support product installations and ensure clinical teams are fully prepared to integrate the technology into their workflows.
- Attend surgeries at multiple hospital locations depending on customer expertise and the needs of the sales team and clinicians.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before and after training sessions to ensure effective product adoption.
- Work closely with Sales colleagues to support the full opportunity cycle, including product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and follow‑up training.
- Attend conferences, congresses, and industry events to support commercial activities and develop market insight.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across the region to support long‑term customer success.
Requirements
~1 min read- Background in healthcare such as nursing, radiography, clinical sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience or familiarity with breast cancer treatment pathways, surgical environments, or oncology care is advantageous.
- Experience in the operating room environment is beneficial.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and communicate scientific or technical information such as clinical studies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with clinicians and healthcare teams at different levels.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to train individuals, small groups, and larger audiences.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a practical and quality‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider commercial and clinical team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and manage time effectively.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Good English language skills.
