-Detalles del Puesto Ubicación: Onsite (Argentina, México, Peru o Guatemala).
Horario: Lun a Vie (09:00 - 18:00) y Sáb (09:00 - 13:00) CST.
Nivel de Inglés: C1 (Avanzado).
-Responsabilidades Principales Calificar leads entrantes (Google Ads) vía llamada, email y texto.
Identificar prospectos reales y descartar leads no aptos eficientemente.
Agendar reuniones y demos para el equipo de ventas senior.
Mantener el CRM actualizado y colaborar con Marketing para optimizar campañas.
Perfil Buscado Experiencia: 2 a 4 años en ventas, calificación de leads, cold calling o cobranza.
Habilidades: Comunicación asertiva, escucha activa y alta productividad.
Actitud: Resiliencia, enfoque en resultados y profesionalismo bajo presión.
