Join DKB Code Factory as a Senior Product Designer and lead the design of innovative, scalable B2B product experiences within a regulated banking environment. You will drive strategic design initiatives from concept to delivery, shaping solutions that empower thousands of business customers. 

This is a unique opportunity to build a new product from the ground up while growing your expertise in a collaborative, dynamic tech hub embedded in a major financial institution.

• →Define and drive a clear, shared design vision across business banking initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence. 

• →Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, analysts, and compliance partners to influence decisions early and reduce delivery risks. 

• →Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design assumptions and inform product direction. 

• →Translate complex business, financial, and regulatory requirements into scalable user flows and information architecture. 

• →Deliver high-quality, production-ready designs using modern workflows and prototyping tools. 

• →Experiment with advanced prototyping and automation techniques to accelerate iteration and learning. 

• →Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement. 

• Proven experience as a Product or UX Designer, preferably in accounting, fintech, or regulated banking environments. 

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align design with business goals and constraints. 

• Expertise in user-centered design, research, and evidence-based decision-making. 

• Proficiency with Figma and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Jira. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across diverse teams.

• Experience creating or adapting coded prototypes with the help of AI tools is an advantage.

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. 

• Fluency in English and German.
