Project Manager

• →Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders
• →Maintain clear documentation and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• →Identify and implement operational improvements 
• →Oversee multiple teams, ensuring project goals are met and outcomes delivered
• →Collaborate with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to align on resource needs and plan project execution
• →Manage program and project teams to drive return on investment, and coordinate cross-project initiatives to ensure alignment and progress
• →Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• →Manage scope and timelines for projects, and where applicable, oversee project-related budgets
• →Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• →Produce clear and timely reporting on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned
• →Foster collaboration and accountability across global, cross-functional teams

• 2+ years of experience in a formal Project Manager role, leading cross-functional projects using standard project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through completion in a fast-paced global environment
• Independent, creative, and proactive, someone who takes ownership and finds energy in solving problems
• Skilled at building relationships and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
• Familiarity with the cloud ecosystem (AWS, GCP, Azure)
