Recruiter Maps Specialist - Labs

The DoorDash Labs Recruiting Team is focused on building the DoorDash Labs culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with the Labs hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies that enable DoorDash to hire remarkable technical talent in the most efficient and unbiased ways.

As a Technical Recruiter at DoorDash Labs, you will play an essential part in supporting our growing India Operations team by working with our hiring managers, engineers, and executives to hire top technical talent. You will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager.

• Partner closely with our Labs Engineering leaders to hire top engineers across multiple teams
• Partner with the hiring managers and their team to develop creative strategies for engaging with and closing top talent
• Drive large-scale talent acquisition initiatives by planning and executing mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns
• Help influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting process
• Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative closing strategies
• Help create an outstanding candidate experience

•  You have 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, including experience closing candidates in-house and a focus on engineering
• You have an in-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
• You have mastered successful pipeline management
• You have experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within leadership groups and cross-functional teams
• You like to build new processes and iterate to improve efficiency along the way
• You're metrics-driven and use data to help guide your decisions
• You're motivated, growth-minded, and excited about expanding your skills in a growth setting
