About the Role

Double Good is seeking an Intern to join our IT Team for the summer.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support Double Good’s continued growth. Interns will work alongside experienced team members, develop professional skills, and gain exposure to how teams operate within a fast-growing consumer technology company.

This is a 10-week internship designed to provide real business impact, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage end user helpdesk tickets to completion, including issue resolution with business applications and hardware.
Manage upgrade cycles of devices and business applications.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of critical business devices, application configurations, security profiles, and company organization.
Support the IT with projects that contribute to business priorities
Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
Assist in identifying insights and opportunities for improvement

Work with team members across the organization to understand business challenges
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights
Support cross-functional initiatives as needed

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, or dashboards
Present findings and recommendations as part of a final internship capstone project

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems, Information System Management, or comparable degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Curious mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Base Pay range for this position:

$25/hour

The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
