As a Marketing Coordinator you will support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s services, brand, and growth objectives. This role works closely with marketing leadership, sales, and operations teams to deliver consistent messaging across digital, print, and field‑based channels. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to support company branding, sales efforts, and client retention
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, presentations, and signage
Manage and update digital channels such as the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns
Support local and market‑level marketing initiatives, events, and sponsorships
Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals for marketing projects across departments
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
Track campaign performance and assist with basic reporting and analytics
Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives with marketing materials and content
Manage marketing inventories, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
Performing other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing tools or platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand and messaging guidelines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience working in a landscaping, construction, or field‑based service company
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics
Experience supporting sales teams with proposals or presentation materials
Basic graphic design skills or experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Ability to adapt messaging for both professional clients and internal audiences
Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset
Experience supporting multi‑location or regional marketing efforts
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
