Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process

Building relationships with universities and student clubs and organizing campus events

Managing the internship program process end-to-end

Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow

Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement

Helping the recruitment team with all projects

1+ years of experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Passion for learning the recruitment process

Eager to learn ATS tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
