We are looking for a Senior Event Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting both internal and external company events. As a Senior Event Specialist, you will be part of the People team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on event needs.

Planning, executing, and supporting end-to-end company events

Designing and managing annual event calendars with accurate scheduling

Organizing off-site meetings and coordinating business trips

Maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and agencies

Following up on all top-notch events, such as global conferences and other high-profile gatherings

Preparing event recaps and tracking feedback to enhance future events

+5 years of event planning experience, especially in People, HR teams

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent command of English

Passion and interest in games

Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
