Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.

This role follows a hybrid model, based out of our New York City office with three days on-site and two days of remote flexibility.

As one of our Greenhouse Administrators on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key leader and owner of maintaining a high-performing, integrated ecosystem rather than a loose collection of tools. You will own the health of our systems and integrations, identify opportunities to improve how our systems communicate, serve as the first line of defense when systems break, and ensure our technical landscape is documented and secure. You will partner with People Technology and IT to bridge the gap between recruiting needs and system stability. This is a high-impact, high-visibility, and fun role on a talented and motivated TA team that has implemented a best-in-class TA tech stack over the past year.

  • Project Management: Identify and lead projects that improve our integrations and overall data flow between systems.
  • Security Maintenance: Ensure all integrations use secure protocols and manage API keys and permissions to maintain a strict security posture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Workday, People Ops, and IT teams on integration projects.
  • Systems Mapping: Create visual and written documentation of how data moves between systems (e.g., how Gem pushes data to Greenhouse).
  • SOP Development: Build standard operating procedures for technical tasks so the team knows how to respond during system downtime.
