Job Title: Account Sales Coordinator City, Country: Brussels, Belgium Join us as an Account Sales Coordinator based in Brussels at a high-performing R&D innovation center, this role sits at the heart of collaboration between the client, commercial teams, and fragrance experts. You will drive the seamless coordination of projects and lead the end-to-end management of olfactive evaluations—ensuring precision, speed, and excellence at every step. You’ll also oversee the innovation space, making sure it delivers a flawless, premium experience. Your key responsibilities * Support commercial & fragrance development team on client's project/brief/event activities. * Manage olfactive evaluation schedule of all projects with commercial and fragrance development team. * Prepare olfactive evaluation sessions, following client briefs and precise protocols, aligned with the core team: Order samples, coordinate shipments of fragrance oils, run washes and set up client evaluations. * Overlook market products stock, keeping an updated databank of in/out products. * Be in charge of evaluation booths and evaluation equipment maintenance. * Be accountable for the day-to-day of the premises (dealing with external and internal clients, visitors, suppliers in order to ensure perfect working conditions). * Handle other administrative tasks as required: Assist the team in the coordination of travel arrangements when needed, setting up appointments with client, managing customer contact information. You bring * 2–3 years of relevant experience in a coordination or support role (e.g. Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. * High level of reliability, ownership, and proactivity, with a strong sense of accountability. * Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; French is a plus, combined with a positive and professional attitude. * Due to the olfactive nature of the role, being a non-smoker is preferred.
