We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to join our team and support Business Development activities through lead generation, client outreach, and coordination with prospective partners.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct outbound cold calls to regional staffing companies and prospective partners in order to generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- →Support Business Development initiatives through appointment coordination, follow-up communication, and client outreach activities
- →Maintain accurate and timely reporting on daily activities and work processes
- →Enter and update data in internal tracking systems accurately and efficiently
- →Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- →Maintain positive and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders
- →Perform additional business-related tasks assigned by the Company when needed
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in a cold-calling environment or in SDR/BDR roles is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work afternoon shifts (15-23)
- Hybrid work model - mostly remote with occasional office visits (a few days per month)
