Director Platform Delivery Lead Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Join our Digital & Technology – ERP & Applications team at Animal Nutrition & Health – Solutions and help drive the digital transformation of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain. In this context, you will lead the development and execution of a Supply Chain & Manufacturing platform delivery team, operating with a DevSecOps mindset to manage and evolve the end-to-end digital ecosystem. You will also define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain. Your key responsibilities Strategy & Contribution: * Provide strategic leadership for defining and implementing the ANH digital Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ANH business objectives and customer needs. * Navigate the complexity of an international and multi-cultural business environment, communicating digital concepts to various audiences. * Define, develop, and maintain the right capabilities within the Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing platform delivery team. * Shape and implement the delivery framework and methodologies Innovation & complexity: * Oversee the delivery of the total ANH-Solutions Digital & Tech portfolio for the whole Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing business domain. * Manage a global delivery team based in various locations and ensure the right talent and capabilities are available to innovate, develop, and maintain the Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing digital platform. * Engage in major decisions and procurement of technology for modernization, optimization, and consolidation, including core IT systems. We Offer * A promising future as we are the number one provider of advanced feed additives, and premixes, supercharged by AI-driven precision services * An eagerness to go above and beyond customer needs, driven by a vital purpose: making animal farming more sustainable * Collaboration with experts in animal health and nutrition, to drive progress * A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome * Recognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments * Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative You Bring * At least 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in leadership positions, in shaping digital transformation, innovation, and business engagement * Extensive Experience in developing & managing DevSecOps team in a complex landscape (SAP ECC, SAP S4Hana, SAP IBP/APO, MES, SAP PLM, CMMS, etc.), across multiple geographies, driving a business value add mindset * Effective business case thinking within Agile in delivering measurable value, continuous evaluation of economic viability, sustainability impact and aligning project/product goals with strategic business objectives in a flexible and iterative manner * Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate complexity, solve business problems and assertive decision making. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills and a strong leadership capability * Experience in the supply chain business domain is a strong preference, experience in manufacturing business domain is a plus.
