Senior Fragrance Development Manager, Perfumery & Beauty – Princeton, NJ Location: Princeton, NJ, US As Senior Fragrance Development Manager, Perfumery & Beauty, you’ll drive shared success by creating winning fragrances for clients’ brands. Drawing on a growth mindset, leadership, and Beauty Care evaluation expertise, you will partner closely with perfumers to shape olfactive and development strategies and anticipate business needs. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $140,000-$175,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
