The Media Measurement and Performance Associate plays an important role in delivering data-driven media performance across our retail media ecosystem. Working closely with media planning, commercial, product and platform teams, as well as clients and agencies, you'll help ensure campaigns are measured effectively, insights are actionable, and performance continues to improve across our market-leading in-store and digital media solutions.
Responsibilities
~1 min readYou'll support the delivery of measurement-first media planning by combining campaign management, performance analysis and client collaboration to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- →Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of Sponsored Search & Browse campaigns, ensuring best-practice execution across our self-serve platform
- →Support the implementation of measurement methodologies across our portfolio of digital and in-store media solutions
- →Deliver campaign reporting, measurement insights and performance analysis to clients and internal stakeholders
- →Partner with commercial, media planning, product and platform teams to embed measurement best practices and improve ways of working
- →Support client conversations and presentations, providing guidance on campaign performance and measurement approaches
- →Help develop automated reporting solutions and contribute to improving measurement capabilities across the business
- →Stay up to date with the evolving retail media and advertising technology landscape to support continuous improvement
You'll bring strong analytical skills, a passion for media and advertising, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams to deliver impactful measurement outcomes.
- Experience in digital media, retail media, performance marketing or advertising technology environments
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting campaign performance data and turning insights into recommendations
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, to support reporting and data analysis
- Hands on experience in media buying platforms such as Google, Amazon, Meta, DV360 (search, social, programmatic).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present insights to clients and agencies
- Understanding of media measurement methodologies, campaign reporting and performance optimisation
- A logical, structured approach to problem solving, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop
