As a Paid Media Specialist, you will live in the Ads manager, not just visit it for weekly reports. Take a hands-on approach to performance marketing, treating campaign optimisation like a craft. Build, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns daily across Google and Meta, with your fingers on the pulse of every dollar spent.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build, launch and manage campaigns from scratch across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X, TikTok and other assigned ad platforms
- Write, test, and refine ad copy, creative briefs and campaign assets
- Collaborate closely with designers, product, and marketing leads while maintaining a strong understanding of high-performing creative
- Conduct daily keyword research, audience mining and bid adjustments
- Set up tracking, naming conventions and campaign structures that are clear, scalable and easy for others to manage
- Monitor campaign performance daily with a focus on immediate action, not reporting
- Identify and fix underperforming campaigns quickly
- Adjust bids, budgets, and audience targeting throughout the day based on real-time data and market conditions
- Identify and scale high-performing creatives while pausing underperforming ones
- Analyse performance data daily, weekly and monthly with a focus on actionable insights
- Deliver clear, concise updates outlining performance, key drivers and next steps
- Build and maintain live dashboards for stakeholders to access performance at any time
- Partner with Creative, Social, Product and Affiliate teams to align campaigns with launches, offers and key events
- Share real-time performance insights with creative teams to inform ongoing asset development
- Work with paid media leads to test new platforms, tools and strategies and execute those tests
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and bid strategies
- Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels
- Proactively identify and test new opportunities
- Document learnings and share insights to improve team performance
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with daily execution in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- →Proven track record of managing budgets independently and delivering against CPA, ROAS and LTV targets
- →Strong expertise in bid management, audience segmentation and campaign structuring
- →Experience working in competitive, high-volume verticals such as gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or travel (gaming experience is a strong plus)
- →Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale budgets
- →Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics or similar
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of the gaming/gambling sector and its regulatory landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish or another language
