The Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize all digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. The role focuses on generating predictable, high-quality leads for webinars, seminars, online funnels, and ongoing campaigns. You will partner closely with the Marketing Director and the Marketing and Content Strategist to refine targeting, improve performance, and scale successful initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, understands financial services advertising constraints, and can quickly identify opportunities for optimization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, bids, and account health.
- Conduct A B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Build and manage custom audiences, remarketing segments, lookalikes, and exclusion lists.
- Align audience targeting with personas, funnels, and campaign objectives.
- Partner with internal teams on webinars, events, nurture sequences, and multi-step acquisition paths.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion tracking.
- Work with HubSpot to maintain attribution accuracy.
- Ensure ads meet industry advertising guidelines.
- Maintain alignment with brand standards across all assets.
- Reduce disapproved ads and maintain high account standing.
- 5 or more years managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platform analytics.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend action.
