Senior Product Designer - KICK

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead end-to-end design for your product area, turning complex problems into intuitive, scalable and engaging solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, mentor junior designers, contribute to critiques and help evolve KICK’s design systems. You’ll champion human-centered, data-informed design, push creative boundaries and ensure every interaction reflects KICK’s vision and brand. 

• →Lead end-to-end design for your product area, from research and ideation to prototyping, UI design and delivery.
• →Translate complex requirements into engaging, user-focused solutions while upholding high visual and interaction standards consistent with KICK’s design system and brand.
• →Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless handoff, implementation and QA, applying systems thinking to create scalable, reusable components.
• →Run or participate in user testing, concept validation and feedback sessions, turning insights into actionable, data-informed design decisions that balance user needs and business goals.
• →Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities, define success and present work clearly to build stakeholder alignment and confidence.
• →Contribute to cross-team critiques, provide constructive feedback, document design decisions and patterns and elevate the work of peers.
• →Mentor mid-level and junior designers, offering guidance, feedback and encouragement to support growth.
• →Embrace experimentation and innovation, pushing the boundaries of interface design in streaming and interactive entertainment.
• →Foster an inclusive, curious and collaborative environment where ideas can thrive.

• →5+ years’ experience in product design, ideally within a tech, entertainment or streaming environment.
• →Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional digital products end-to-end.
• →Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/ UI interaction design.
• →Experience designing for omnichannel environments, including mobile and TV apps is a strong advantage.
• →Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming or emerging technologies such as AI
• →Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• →Analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect design work to business and product outcomes.
• →Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
